  1. Roast tomatillos, peppers and onion at 350 degree F for 20 minutes or until cooked thru.
  2. Blend the tomatillos, peppers, onion, garlic, salt, water and cilantro until almost smooth.
  3. Chill in fridge for at least one hour.
