These delicious sausages made with Navy beans and vital wheat gluten are a great alternative to the regular ones.

Instructions
  1. For the wet ingredients to a blender add Navy Beans, Miso, Bean cooking liquid, garlic, green onions and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. For the dry ingredients add Vital Wheat Gluten, nutritional yeast and Cajun Seasoning.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix.
  4. Form the sausage logs with plastic wrap and steam for 45 minutes.
  5. Let cool and remove plastic wrap.
  6. Brown and serve.
