Instructions
Was the okra, cut into 1/2 inch rounds.
Season okra with milk, corn meal, salt, black pepper and garlic. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook on medium high heat. Stirring every few minutes until golden brown with crunchy bits.
